People have so much potential that is untapped by their organizations and by extension themselves. Due to the stresses placed on organizations in today's environment, individuals can find themselves so busy servicing customers that time isn’t spent on finding ways to help the team work optimally.

We end up spending a lot of time on the 'what' and the 'how'. Instead, we should be looking to deliver services through teams that are intrinsically inspired - that truly understand why they are performing their tasks. As a result, they genuinely desire to benefit themselves, company, peers, and customers. 

Our Approach to Learning and Leadership

Learning occurs when an individual acquires knowledge and skill first, and then applies it in a real and relevant setting - this could be at work, at home or in the community.  The Ensemble Program is made up of 12 classes that explore key leadership topics through study and conversation.  Participants work together in a safe learning environment and get the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a real project.  

To help facilitate learning, acting techniques, creative exercises and a coaching approach are used for engagement.

Ensemble Program Schedule

The Ensemble Program is 12 face-to-face classes of 2.5 hours each.  It focuses on building your knowledge and skills both individually and collectively using sound experiential learning principles.

Weeks 10 to 12: The Synergy of Leadership

Celebration & Team Meal

As a key part of the program, the team will plan, prepare and serve a meal upon completion of the final week. This challenge will incorporate all of their learning as well as provide a unique team building experience in a fun and creative way.

Participants in the The Ensemble Program can be teams from a single organization or - if you wish - comprised of participants from multiple organizations.
